SourceUSA Acceptable Use Policy Effective Date: July 1, 2026 Last Updated: July 1, 2026 This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the SourceUSA Platform ("Platform") operated by SourceUSA, a subsidiary of WWMalls Inc., a Montana corporation ("SourceUSA," "we," "our," or "us"). This Policy forms part of the SourceUSA Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. 1. Purpose SourceUSA exists to strengthen American manufacturing by providing a trusted platform where buyers, manufacturers, suppliers, engineers, distributors, retailers, and procurement professionals can discover, evaluate, and conduct business with confidence. This Policy promotes a safe, professional, lawful, and trustworthy marketplace. 2. General Standard of Conduct All users must: • act honestly and professionally; • provide accurate information; • respect the rights of others; • comply with applicable laws; • protect confidential information; • use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes. 3. Prohibited Activities You may not use the Platform to: Fraud or Misrepresentation • create false accounts; • impersonate another person or business; • misrepresent your identity; • submit false certifications; • falsely claim manufacturing capabilities; • misrepresent country of origin; • publish deceptive product information; • engage in fraudulent purchasing or selling. Intellectual Property Violations You may not: • upload content you do not have the right to use; • copy product listings without authorization; • misuse another party's trademarks; • distribute copyrighted materials unlawfully; • violate patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets. RFQ Misuse You may not: • submit fake Requests for Quotation; • seek quotations without a genuine business purpose; • collect confidential information under false pretenses; • use the Platform to obtain proprietary manufacturing information for competitive intelligence without authorization; • misuse another party's technical documentation. Abuse of Communications You may not: • harass users; • threaten individuals; • discriminate unlawfully; • send spam or unsolicited commercial messages; • distribute malware or malicious links; • interfere with another user's ability to conduct business. Platform Security You may not: • attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems; • interfere with Platform operations; • introduce malicious code; • perform denial-of-service attacks; • probe or test vulnerabilities without written authorization; • circumvent security controls. Automated Access Except as expressly authorized by SourceUSA, you may not: • scrape or harvest Platform data; • use bots to collect listings or contact information; • copy the Platform database; • reverse engineer Platform functionality; • create competing databases using SourceUSA content. Approved integrations made available through official APIs are permitted in accordance with applicable API terms. Illegal Activities You may not use the Platform to facilitate: • unlawful conduct; • money laundering; • sanctions violations; • export control violations; • bribery or corruption; • trafficking in counterfeit goods; • deceptive trade practices; • any activity prohibited under applicable law. 4. Manufacturer Standards Manufacturers must not: • exaggerate production capacity; • misrepresent certifications; • falsely claim "Made in USA" status; • advertise products they cannot reasonably supply; • manipulate search rankings; • submit fabricated reviews; • misuse buyer intellectual property; • violate confidentiality obligations. 5. Buyer Standards Buyers must not: • submit fraudulent RFQs; • intentionally waste manufacturer resources; • solicit confidential manufacturing information under false pretenses; • copy proprietary processes without authorization; • misuse supplier information obtained through the Platform. 6. Reviews and Ratings Reviews must reflect genuine business experiences. Users may not: • post false reviews; • pay for fabricated reviews; • retaliate against users through dishonest ratings; • manipulate reputation systems. SourceUSA may remove reviews that violate this Policy. 7. Data Integrity Users must ensure that information submitted to the Platform remains accurate and current. SourceUSA may request corrections or supporting documentation where information appears inaccurate or misleading. 8. Reporting Violations Users are encouraged to report suspected violations, fraud, intellectual property infringement, security concerns, or abusive conduct. Reports may be submitted to: legal@sourceusa.co SourceUSA will review reports in good faith and may request additional information. 9. Investigations SourceUSA may investigate suspected violations of this Policy. During an investigation, SourceUSA may: • request supporting documentation; • temporarily restrict account features; • remove content; • suspend listings; • suspend or terminate accounts; • cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law. 10. Enforcement Depending on the severity of a violation, SourceUSA may: • issue warnings; • remove content; • reject listings or RFQs; • reduce platform privileges; • suspend accounts; • permanently terminate participation; • pursue legal remedies where appropriate. Nothing in this Policy limits SourceUSA's right to take immediate action where necessary to protect users, the Platform, or the public. 11. No Waiver Failure by SourceUSA to enforce any provision of this Policy on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce the Policy in the future. 12. Changes to This Policy SourceUSA may amend this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform and become effective on the stated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. 13.
