Advertising & Sponsored Placement Policy
This Policy governs paid advertisements, sponsored placements, premium visibility, promoted products and other commercial promotional inventory displayed through SourceUSA.
Identification of Sponsored Content
SourceUSA may sell advertising or enhanced placement. Where a placement is paid or sponsored, SourceUSA may label it as “Sponsored,” “Advertisement,” “Promoted” or with similar language so that users can distinguish paid placement from ordinary marketplace results.
Advertiser Responsibilities
Advertisers must ensure that advertising is truthful, substantiated, current and compliant with applicable law. Ads must not misrepresent a company, product, certification, price, availability, country of origin, government affiliation, performance characteristic or commercial relationship.
Made in USA and Origin Claims
Any express or implied U.S.-origin claim must comply with applicable Federal Trade Commission requirements and other applicable laws. An advertiser must maintain reasonable substantiation for origin claims and must use appropriate qualification when an unqualified claim would not be supportable.
Prohibited Advertising
SourceUSA may reject or remove advertising that is deceptive, unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, malicious, unsafe, unrelated to legitimate business activity, or inconsistent with the Acceptable Use Policy. SourceUSA may also restrict advertisements for regulated products or services where additional compliance review is appropriate.
Ranking and Placement
Paid placement may affect where sponsored content appears. Payment for advertising does not constitute SourceUSA verification, endorsement, certification or a guarantee of the advertiser or its products. Organic marketplace and search results may use separate relevance, quality or other ranking signals.
Advertising Data
SourceUSA may measure impressions, clicks, inquiries and other campaign-performance information. Personal information associated with advertising is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Suspension and Refunds
SourceUSA may pause or remove non-compliant campaigns. Any advertising credits, refunds or billing adjustments are governed by the applicable order or advertising arrangement.
