SourceUSA Copyright, Trademark & DMCA Policy Version 1.0 Effective Date: July 1, 2026 This Copyright, Trademark & DMCA Policy ("Policy") governs intellectual property matters relating to the SourceUSA Platform ("Platform"), operated by SourceUSA, a subsidiary of WWMalls Inc., a Montana corporation ("SourceUSA," "we," "our," or "us"). This Policy forms part of the SourceUSA Terms of Service. 1. Purpose SourceUSA respects the intellectual property rights of manufacturers, buyers, designers, engineers, software developers, authors, photographers, and other rights holders. Users are expected to respect the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights of others when using the Platform. 2. Ownership of Content Unless otherwise stated, users retain ownership of content they submit to the Platform, including: • product photographs; • catalogs; • brochures; • engineering drawings; • CAD files; • technical specifications; • software; • logos; • trademarks; • marketing materials; • documentation. By submitting content, users represent that they possess the legal right to submit and display that content. 3. Limited License to SourceUSA By submitting content to the Platform, you grant SourceUSA a limited, non- exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to: • host; • reproduce; • display; • transmit; • index; • distribute; solely as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, promote, and improve the Platform. This license does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property. 4. Copyright Infringement Users may not upload, distribute, reproduce, display, or otherwise use copyrighted material without appropriate authorization. SourceUSA reserves the right to remove material that it reasonably believes infringes the rights of another person or entity. 5. Trademark Protection Users may not: • misuse another company's trademarks; • falsely imply sponsorship or affiliation; • use confusingly similar branding; • misrepresent ownership of trade names or logos. Manufacturers remain responsible for ensuring they have the right to use all trademarks displayed in their profiles and product listings. 6. Patent Rights SourceUSA does not determine: • patent ownership; • inventorship; • validity; • enforceability; • freedom to operate. Patent disputes remain the responsibility of the parties involved. 7. Trade Secrets Users shall not knowingly upload another person's confidential or trade secret information without authorization. SourceUSA recommends that users execute appropriate confidentiality agreements before sharing highly sensitive proprietary information. 8. DMCA Notice If you believe material available on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice containing: • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; • identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Platform; • your name, address, telephone number, and email address; • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; • your physical or electronic signature. Incomplete notices may delay processing. 9. Counter-Notification If content you submitted is removed due to a copyright claim and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notification as permitted under applicable law. Counter-notifications should include sufficient information to identify the removed material and explain the basis for your objection. 10. Repeat Infringers SourceUSA may suspend or permanently terminate accounts belonging to users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. SourceUSA reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, what constitutes repeated infringement. 11. Investigation SourceUSA may: • review infringement notices; • request supporting documentation; • temporarily disable access to disputed content; • remove content; • suspend accounts; • cooperate with courts and law enforcement where legally required. SourceUSA is not obligated to resolve ownership disputes between private parties. 12. False Claims Submitting knowingly false infringement notices or counter-notifications may result in: • rejection of the submission; • suspension of Platform privileges; • account termination; • legal action where permitted by law. Users are expected to act honestly and in good faith. 13. Reservation of Rights SourceUSA reserves the right to remove any content that: • violates this Policy; • infringes intellectual property rights; • exposes SourceUSA to potential legal liability; • violates applicable law; • violates the Terms of Service or other Platform policies. 14. Policy Updates SourceUSA may revise this Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform or as otherwise required by law. 15.
