Manufacturer Agreement

This Manufacturer Agreement applies to every manufacturer account using SourceUSA.co.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you are a legally formed U.S. business with the authority to offer listed products and enter binding agreements with buyers.

2. Listing Integrity

• Listings, specifications, certifications, lead times, and product claims must be accurate and current.
• You may not post false, misleading, deceptive, or infringing material.

3. Compliance

You are solely responsible for legal compliance related to your products, labeling, safety, regulatory claims, export controls, and intellectual property.

4. Transaction Responsibility

You assume full responsibility for quotes, contracts, fulfillment, quality, returns, disputes, and buyer communications.

5. Premium Placement

Manufacturers may purchase premium placement or sponsored ranking subject to the Premium Placement Policy. All such fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SourceUSA against claims relating to your products, listings, regulatory status, certifications, or commercial conduct.
