SourceUSA Returns, Refunds &
Dispute Resolution Policy
Version 1.0
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
This Returns, Refunds & Dispute Resolution Policy ("Policy") governs
transactions conducted through the SourceUSA Platform ("Platform"),
operated by SourceUSA, a subsidiary of WWMalls Inc., a Montana corporation ("SourceUSA," "we,"
"our," or "us").
This Policy forms part of the SourceUSA Terms of Service, Buyer Agreement,
and Manufacturer Participation Agreement.
1. Purpose
SourceUSA provides a marketplace and manufacturer discovery platform
that connects Buyers with Manufacturers.
Unless SourceUSA is expressly identified in writing as the seller of record,
SourceUSA is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, importer, exporter, or
contracting party for products or manufacturing services offered through the
Platform.
Accordingly, return, refund, warranty, and contract obligations generally exist
between the Buyer and the Manufacturer.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
• products purchased through the Platform;
• custom manufacturing projects;
• prototype development;
• tooling;
• engineering services;
• Requests for Quotation (RFQs);
• production contracts initiated through the Platform.
3. Manufacturer Responsibilities
Manufacturers are responsible for:
• product quality;
• compliance with agreed specifications;
• production schedules;
• packaging;
• shipping obligations;
• warranties they provide;
• return policies they publish;
• refund decisions consistent with applicable law and contractual
commitments.
Manufacturers must clearly disclose any limitations, exclusions, or
conditions applicable to returns or warranties before an order is accepted.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for:
• reviewing product descriptions and specifications;
• evaluating manufacturer qualifications;
• confirming pricing, lead times, and delivery terms;
• inspecting products promptly upon receipt;
• notifying the Manufacturer of any alleged defects or non-conformities
within the applicable contractual or legal period.
Failure to provide timely notice may affect available remedies.
5. Standard Products
For standard catalog products, the Manufacturer's published return and
refund policy will generally govern, subject to applicable law.
Buyers should review those policies before placing an order.
6. Custom Manufacturing
Custom-manufactured products, prototypes, tooling, private-label goods,
and products manufactured to a Buyer's specifications are generally not
returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
If a dispute arises regarding conformity to specifications, the parties should
first attempt to resolve the matter directly.
7. Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, Buyers should inspect shipments promptly.
If products are damaged during transportation, Buyers should:
• document the condition with photographs where practicable;
• preserve packaging materials where appropriate;
• notify the carrier, if required;
• notify the Manufacturer within a reasonable period.
Responsibility for shipping damage will generally be determined by the
applicable shipping terms, carrier agreements, and commercial contract.
8. Incorrect Shipments
If a Buyer receives incorrect products, quantities, or configurations, the
Buyer should notify the Manufacturer as soon as reasonably practicable.
Manufacturers should work in good faith to correct verified fulfillment errors.
9. Product Defects
Claims regarding defective products should be submitted directly to the
Manufacturer.
Manufacturers are responsible for honoring warranties they provide and for
complying with applicable legal obligations.
SourceUSA does not independently inspect, test, or warrant products listed
on the Platform.
10. Refunds
Unless SourceUSA is the seller of record:
• refund eligibility is determined by the Manufacturer's policies, the
applicable purchase agreement, and governing law;
• SourceUSA does not issue refunds on behalf of Manufacturers unless
expressly agreed in writing.
Where payments are processed through third-party payment providers,
refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and
financial institution.
11. Order Cancellations
Cancellation rights are determined by:
• the applicable purchase agreement;
• the Manufacturer's cancellation policy;
• the stage of production;
• applicable law.
Custom manufacturing projects may become non-cancelable once
engineering, procurement, tooling, or production has begun.
12. Dispute Resolution Between Buyers and Manufacturers
If a dispute arises, the parties are encouraged to:
1. communicate directly;
2. exchange relevant documentation;
3. attempt to resolve the matter in good faith;
4. consider mediation where appropriate before commencing legal
proceedings.
SourceUSA may, at its sole discretion, assist by facilitating communication.
Any such assistance does not create a legal obligation to investigate,
mediate, arbitrate, or resolve the dispute.
13. Chargebacks
Buyers should first make reasonable efforts to resolve payment disputes
directly with the Manufacturer before initiating a chargeback through their
financial institution.
Manufacturers remain responsible for responding to chargebacks and
providing supporting documentation.
14. Limitation of SourceUSA's Role
Except where expressly identified as the seller of record, SourceUSA:
• does not manufacture products;
• does not inspect products before shipment;
• does not control production;
• does not guarantee delivery dates;
• does not guarantee product quality;
• does not determine warranty coverage;
• does not adjudicate commercial disputes.
Nothing in this Policy limits SourceUSA's right to suspend or terminate
accounts for violations of Platform policies.
15. Compliance With Law
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available
under applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide greater protections,
those laws shall prevail to the extent required.
16. Policy Updates
SourceUSA may revise this Policy from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform or as
otherwise required by applicable law.
