SourceUSA Supplier Verification & "Made in USA" Policy Version 1.0 Effective Date: July 1, 2026 This Supplier Verification & "Made in USA" Policy ("Policy") governs the verification of manufacturers, suppliers, fabricators, industrial service providers, and other participating businesses ("Suppliers") on the SourceUSA Platform ("Platform"), operated by SourceUSA, a subsidiary of WWMalls Inc., a Montana corporation ("SourceUSA," "we," "our," or "us"). This Policy forms part of the SourceUSA Terms of Service and the Manufacturer Participation Agreement. 1. Purpose SourceUSA exists to strengthen American manufacturing by helping buyers identify trustworthy U.S. manufacturers and suppliers. The purpose of this Policy is to: • promote transparency; • improve marketplace confidence; • encourage accurate business information; • reduce fraud and misrepresentation; • establish consistent verification standards. Verification enhances confidence but is not a guarantee of future performance, financial stability, product quality, or contractual compliance. 2. Verification Philosophy Verification is intended to confirm certain information provided by a Supplier at a specific point in time. Verification does not constitute: • an endorsement; • a recommendation; • certification of manufacturing quality; • a warranty of products or services; • a guarantee of business practices; • a guarantee of future performance. Buyers remain responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into any commercial relationship. 3. Verification Levels SourceUSA may establish one or more verification levels, including: Registered Supplier A Supplier that has created a Platform account and completed a business profile. Verified Supplier A Supplier whose business identity and selected business information have been reviewed by SourceUSA. Certified Supplier A Supplier that has provided additional documentation supporting certifications, manufacturing capabilities, or quality systems. Premium Supplier A Supplier participating in enhanced Platform services and meeting additional participation requirements established by SourceUSA. SourceUSA may modify, add, suspend, or retire verification levels at its discretion. 4. Information Subject to Verification Verification may include one or more of the following: • legal business name; • business registration; • principal business address; • website ownership; • business contact information; • years in operation; • manufacturing locations; • production capabilities; • certifications; • insurance information; • quality management systems; • equipment lists; • workforce information; • licenses and permits; • export capabilities; • industry memberships. SourceUSA determines, in its sole discretion, which information is reviewed for each verification level. 5. Manufacturer Responsibilities Suppliers agree to: • provide complete and accurate information; • promptly update material changes; • respond to reasonable verification requests; • maintain current certifications where claimed; • avoid misleading statements or omissions. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension or removal of verification status. 6. Verification Documentation SourceUSA may request documentation including, but not limited to: • articles of incorporation or equivalent business registration; • tax identification documentation where appropriate; • facility information; • quality certifications; • insurance certificates; • regulatory licenses; • capability statements; • equipment inventories; • production photographs; • other documentation reasonably necessary to support verification. Submission of documentation does not obligate SourceUSA to grant or maintain verification. 7. Facility Information SourceUSA may review information relating to manufacturing facilities, including: • facility location; • production processes; • manufacturing equipment; • operational capacity; • quality systems; • industries served. Unless expressly stated, SourceUSA does not perform physical inspections of every facility. 8. "Made in USA" Claims Suppliers are solely responsible for any representation that a product is: • Made in USA; • Manufactured in USA; • Assembled in USA; • American Made; • U.S.-Produced; • Domestic Content; • or any similar country-of-origin claim. Such claims must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those enforced by the Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Customs and Border Protection where applicable. SourceUSA may request supporting documentation before displaying or continuing to display such claims. 9. Country of Origin Country-of-origin representations must be truthful, accurate, and capable of substantiation. Suppliers agree not to: • falsely represent imported goods as U.S.-made; • mislead buyers regarding domestic content; • misuse country-of-origin terminology; • omit material information necessary to avoid deception. 10. Ongoing Verification Verification is an ongoing process. SourceUSA may periodically request updated information to maintain verification status. Failure to respond within a reasonable period may result in removal of verification indicators until the review is completed. 11. Suspension or Revocation SourceUSA may suspend or revoke verification where a Supplier: • provides false information; • fails to maintain required documentation; • materially misrepresents capabilities; • falsely claims certifications; • falsely claims country of origin; • engages in fraudulent or deceptive conduct; • materially violates Platform policies. Suspension or revocation does not necessarily terminate Platform participation but may affect visibility, search placement, or eligibility for certain services. 12. Buyer Due Diligence Verification is one factor in evaluating a Supplier. Before entering into a commercial relationship, Buyers should independently assess, as appropriate: • manufacturing capability; • production capacity; • financial stability; • insurance coverage; • references; • product testing; • regulatory compliance; • quality management systems; • pricing; • delivery performance. 13. No Guarantee SourceUSA does not guarantee: • product quality; • manufacturing performance; • regulatory compliance; • contractual performance; • financial condition; • future business conduct. Verification reflects only the information reviewed at the time of verification. 14. Reporting Concerns Users who believe a Supplier profile contains inaccurate information may report the matter to SourceUSA. SourceUSA may investigate reported concerns and request supporting documentation from the Supplier. Knowingly false reports may constitute a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. 15. Policy Updates SourceUSA may revise this Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform or as otherwise required by applicable law. 16.
