Marketplace Transaction Disclaimer
SourceUSA provides technology, marketplace, discovery, communications, RFQ, ordering and related business-service functionality that enables independent buyers and manufacturers to find and transact with one another. Unless SourceUSA expressly agrees otherwise in a written agreement, SourceUSA is not the manufacturer, seller, purchaser, distributor, freight carrier, lender, grantor, broker, agent or guarantor of a transaction between platform users.
Independent Transactions
Product purchases, custom-manufacturing engagements, quotations, purchase orders and related commercial commitments are agreements between the applicable buyer and manufacturer. Each party is responsible for evaluating the other party, confirming specifications, pricing, quantities, lead times, warranties, regulatory requirements, taxes, shipping terms and other material terms before committing to a transaction.
Listings and Information
Manufacturers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, product listings, capability statements, certifications, origin claims, pricing and availability. SourceUSA may provide verification indicators or data-quality processes, but these do not constitute a guarantee of performance, quality, solvency, regulatory compliance or suitability.
RFQs, Quotes and Custom Work
Buyers are responsible for providing sufficiently accurate specifications and requirements. Manufacturers are responsible for reviewing those requirements and identifying assumptions, exclusions and manufacturability concerns before quoting. SourceUSA does not independently validate engineering specifications or determine whether a proposed product is fit for a particular purpose.
Payments, Returns and Disputes
Where SourceUSA facilitates payment or order records, the underlying obligations remain subject to the applicable order terms and SourceUSA Returns, Refunds & Dispute Resolution Policy. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors under their own terms.
Grants, Financing and Shipping
Grant and incentive information is provided as an information and application-preparation service. Program agencies determine eligibility and awards. Business Financing and Shipping & Logistics may be identified as Coming Soon until activated. When activated, participating lenders, finance companies, carriers or logistics providers remain responsible for their own quotations, underwriting, approvals and services. SourceUSA does not guarantee funding, grant awards, financing approval, carrier performance or delivery dates.
