This Marketplace Transaction Disclaimer clarifies the limited role of SourceUSA.co in commercial dealings between buyers and manufacturers.

1. Neutral Technology Platform

SourceUSA is a neutral technology platform and not a merchant, reseller, broker, logistics provider, inspector, guarantor, or payment intermediary unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

2. No Transaction Role

• SourceUSA does not manufacture, store, inspect, export, import, or ship products.
• SourceUSA does not negotiate contracts on behalf of users.
• SourceUSA does not guarantee payment, product quality, or delivery.

3. Risk Allocation

All risks relating to supplier selection, buyer qualification, pricing, quality, logistics, customs, regulatory compliance, and payment remain with the users involved in the transaction.
