Buyer Terms & RFQ Agreement

This Buyer Terms & RFQ Agreement applies to buyer accounts and RFQ submissions made on SourceUSA.co.

1. Independent Sourcing Responsibility

Buyers are solely responsible for supplier vetting, negotiation, contract review, payment arrangements, and overall transaction risk assessment.

2. RFQ Standards

• RFQs must be legitimate business inquiries.
• Information submitted must be accurate and not misleading.
• Buyers may not use the Platform to spam, harass, or scrape suppliers.

3. Supplier Interactions

SourceUSA does not guarantee supplier capability, inventory, compliance, or performance. Buyers must conduct independent due diligence.

4. No Platform Liability

SourceUSA is not responsible for failed transactions, inaccurate listings, delayed communications, supplier misconduct, or resulting financial losses.

5. Indemnity

Buyers agree to indemnify SourceUSA for claims resulting from misuse of the Platform, unlawful sourcing activity, or false RFQ submissions.
